No. Full Stream is a player: it has no channels, films or series of its own. It plays the service included in your subscription.
How do I activate the app?
Open the app and it shows a MAC address and a key. Send both to our support team and your subscription is linked within minutes — the app notices by itself, no restart needed.
If you received an activation code instead, choose Other sign-in options → Sign in with User ID and enter it there.
Which devices are supported?
Today: Android phones and tablets (Android 7.0 or later) and Android TV / Google TV devices, including most TV boxes. Apps for iPhone, Samsung, LG and Amazon Fire TV are on their way — see Platforms above.
Android warns about an unknown source. Is that normal?
Yes. The Android app is installed from this website rather than from the Play Store, so the first time Android asks you to allow installs from your browser (or from the Downloader app on a TV). Allow it for that app only, then install.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device?
Yes — on as many devices as your subscription allows. Each device is activated on its own, with its own MAC address and key.
How do I update the app?
Download the latest version from this page and install it over the one you have — your activation and settings are kept.
If Android says the update conflicts with the installed app, uninstall the old version first, install the new one and send us your MAC address again.
The picture keeps buffering. What can I do?
Most buffering comes from the connection to your device:
- use a network cable, or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, for the TV
- restart the router and the TV box
- pause other downloads on the same network
If one channel buffers while others play fine, tell us which one.
Do you track what I watch?
No. What you watch, your lists and your profiles stay on your device, and the apps contain no analytics or advertising trackers. The details are in our privacy policy.
